Big house in the countryside with lake

Björkekrog farm is located 30 km southeast of Linköping and 10 km from Åtvidaberg.

The old farmhouse at Björkekrog is charming, spacious and simple, with electricity and running water indoors.
There is an outdoor toilet (outhouse) and an indoor shower.

The house consists of three rooms and a kitchen on the ground floor.
Two of the rooms are used as bedrooms, and the third is a large common room with extra beds and a fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, tableware and a coffee maker.

About 300 metres from the house is Lake Örbågen.
By the lake, Björkekrog has its own lakeside plot with a private dock, swimming area, garden furniture and a small rowing boat.

Price per week – high season (weeks 25–35):
SEK 17,000 for up to 12 beds.
Changeover day: Sunday.

Price per week – low season (weeks 18–24 and 38–43):
SEK 14,000 for up to 12 beds.
Changeover day: Sunday.

During the low season, it may be possible to rent the house for shorter periods.

Price example – weekend, Friday–Sunday (low season):
SEK 8,800 for up to 12 persons.

Due to grazing animals in the surrounding area, unfortunately dogs are not allowed at Björkekrog.

Bed linen is included.
Cleaning is not included but can be added for SEK 1,200.
