Spacious and well-equipped mountain apartment in a traditional timber building in Village 3 Bearpeak, Åre Sadeln. Set in an elevated position with plenty of natural light, magnificent views of Åreskutan and a warm lodge feel.

Perfectly located for both alpine and cross-country skiing. The Hermelinen ski lift is approximately 300 metres away, while the cross-country ski trails, including a floodlit track, are just 100 metres from the apartment.

The apartment
The apartment is arranged over two floors, with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It has a fireplace, sauna, four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and everything needed for up to 9 guests. There is also a waffle maker, raclette grill and fondue set for cosy evenings after a day in the mountains.

Winter
Sadeln/Björnen is a family-friendly ski area approximately 5 km from Åre village, with slopes suitable for children and direct access to the wider Åre ski system. The area offers ski rental, ski school and other services. For cross-country skiing, there are prepared trails of 3, 5, 10 and 15 km, as well as a 5 km floodlit trail. An outdoor gym is also located next to the trails. During the ski season, ski buses run between Åre Björnen, Åre, Tegefjäll and Duved.

Summer
Åre has plenty to offer in summer as well, including hiking, downhill mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, white-water rafting, horse riding, golf, paragliding and ziplining. For a slower pace, enjoy mountain walks, fishing and, depending on the season, berry and mushroom picking.

Local amenities
A small grocery store with everyday essentials is within walking distance. A larger ICA supermarket is located near the E14 turn-off, approximately 3 km away.

Follow the road past the Björnen ski area. At the entrance to Sadeln, turn right onto Björnängetunet. The house is the second building on the left-hand side of the road. The entrance is reached via stairs at the rear of the building.

Rules for rental:

Maximum occupancy is 9 people.
For rent to families or group of adults (+30).
No parties.
No smoking and pets are allowed in the apartment. (NB. apt is not pet sanitized)

Cleaning fee is included in the price. However, as a guest you are always responsible for coarse cleaning, i.e. emptying the fridge, cleaning / emptying the dishwasher and putting all the dishes in the cupboards, removing garbage, glasses, etc.

A security deposit of 2500 SEK will be charged in connection with final payment to cover any damage or lack of coarse cleaning. The deposit fee is refunded as soon as final inspection has been made.

For rent Sunday to Sunday with check-out at 10:00 and check-in from 16:00 unless not otherwise agreed.
