A brand new bathroom has been built in january 2020, with toilet, shower and washing machine. Comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge. Dining area for 4-5 people. Drinking water, warm water all year round. Spacious living room with large windows and nice view. Fireplace. Large wooden deck all around the house with view of the harbour and sea. Sun from morning until evening. Part of the deck is under roof.

Guest house, 10 m2, with 2 beds (1 bunkbed). The area of the house and fascilities, is most suitable for 5 persons.

In the area there is access to two tenniscourts (to be booked for small fee), sauna by the sea (to be booked for small fee), football court, running tracks, several beaches and bathing areas with jettys or cliffs.

On Ornö/Kyrkviken there is a petrol station, guest harbour, kiosk, pizzeria, two smaller restaurants and small grocery store. Or you can shop in Dalarö, the ferry connects several times every day.

I prioritise longer period rent.
