Holiday cottage with stunning lake view and sauna

Our charming cottage by Lake Tydingesjön is an idyllic retreat for relaxation, nestled in nature and just steps from the water.
You’ll enjoy breathtaking lake views both from the spacious terrace and from inside the cottage. The lake is just a stone’s throw away, making it easy to go for a swim, enjoy boating or try your luck at fishing. Guests have access to both a canoe and a rowboat, as well as a small dock located about 100 meters from the cottage, reachable via a narrow path down the slope.

Right next to your sun lounger you’ll find plenty of blueberries to pick, and the garden is teeming with birdlife.
After a day in nature, unwind in the lakeside sauna or take an outdoor shower under the open sky – or snuggle up indoors by the cozy fireplace, which spreads the most amazing warmth and atmosphere. Connect to the Wi-Fi, play your favorite music, sit back and enjoy a drink on the terrace. A truly beautiful spot on Earth!

Space
The cottage is 65 m² and includes two bedrooms (four beds in total: one bunk bed and one 140 cm double bed), a living/dining room, a newly renovated kitchen from 2025 with all essentials, and a toilet with washbasin.

Guesthouse 1 offers four beds (a sofa bed 140 cm and a double bed 160 cm). A newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet (from 2023) is located in this guesthouse.

Guesthouse 2 has two beds in a bunk bed (120 cm lower bed and 90 cm upper bed). All buildings are close together. The property is 1,700 m², mostly forested.

Guest Access
All buildings are included in the rental. Fiber-optic internet is available in the main cottage. Guests are welcome to borrow the canoe and rowboat. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning the house upon departure.

Neighborhood Overview
The surroundings are just idyllic, mixed forests and open fields with horses and sheep. Good sized lake with fish opportunities. The lake is no more than 100 meters away, accessible via a natural footpath. At the end of the trail, there’s a small dock, but other paths to the lake are also available. Swimming is excellent from the dock or from the nearby Tydinge camping area (2.5 km), which offers a beautiful beach with a long jetty, a summer café, and a small shop. The lake temperature often rises above 25°C during summer. The area offers great hiking opportunities, beautiful scenery, and many lakes to explore.

Getting Around
The cottage is located about 35 km north of Kristianstad. The nearest town is Broby (5 km / 10 minutes), where you’ll find a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, etc. The well-known art and sculpture park Wanås is 14 km away and also features a fine-dining restaurant.

We will meet you at arrival and be available for support throughout your stay. We live a short drive away.

There is a parking suitable for up to 4 cars available just next to the house.
