Welcome to a charmingly renovated property on beautiful Tjörn where you stay close to both the sea and nature. The property offers two separate accommodations on the same plot, a cozy cottage and a newly built studio above the barn. Together the property accommodates up to 10 guests and is ideal for two families or a larger group who want to spend their holiday together while still enjoying some privacy. The cottage accommodates 6 guests and offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere with an open plan layout between kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the living room features a comfortable IKEA daybed that becomes 160 cm wide when unfolded. The bedroom on the ground floor has a new double bed. The loft offers comfortable spring mattresses and two small windows overlooking the barn, making it a perfect sleeping area for older children or adults. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. Outside the cottage you will find a private courtyard with outdoor furniture, barbecue and evening sun where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The studio is located above the barn and offers additional sleeping space for up to four guests. Here you will find a double bed and a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Only a few hundred meters away you will find several beautiful bathing spots by the sea with cliffs, small beaches and jetties where you can enjoy refreshing swims and the scenic Bohuslän archipelago.

Things to do in Rösselvik and the surrounding area
The property is located on a peninsula surrounded by the sea which makes the area perfect for walks, bike rides and spontaneous swims. Nature is always close by and the winding gravel roads lead down to several beautiful bathing spots. There is plenty to discover on Tjörn during your stay. In Kållekärr you will find the popular shop Korggubben which sells a little bit of everything. In Skärhamn there is a larger selection of restaurants and cafés as well as the Nordic Watercolour Museum which is well worth a visit. In Rönnäng you can enjoy good food at Skärgårn Bar and Restaurant and in Kyrkesund you will find Pilane Sculpture Park where you walk through a beautiful cultural landscape while experiencing impressive outdoor art. Sundsby Säteri offers hiking trails, a café, a farm shop and fantastic views of the archipelago. For golfers, Tjörn Golf Club is only a short drive away.

Good to know about this accommodation
• A deposit of 3 000 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within one week after check out provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.
• Bed linen and towels can be added to your booking: 150 SEK per person and 50 SEK per person respectively.
• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves. Cleaning equipment is available in the house.
• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging electric cars is not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Pets are allowed.
