Very nice location with views of Lake Åresjön, Renfjället and Åreskutan. Close to the slope towards Åre's lift system/Skistar, skiing all the way back to the cottage.

Very suitable for families and companies. Close to the Copperhill Spa hotel, where several major conferences are held. Groups can cook and eat together on the middle or top floor. About 12 people can be set up on the top floor. 8 people at the dining table on the middle floor.

Björnen ski area is connected to Åre's lift system. Family-friendly area with nice children's slopes and walking distance to Björnen centre with restaurants, grocery store, cross-country trails, dog sledding, ski rental, ski school, etc. During summer, it is close to mountain hiking, cycling/downhill, fishing, golf and lots of other activities.

Free wireless Wi-Fi network is included throughout the house.

Top floor:

One double room with double bed, 2 rooms with bunk beds = total of 6 berths.
(+ loft approx. 15m² with a shower/sauna with a view of Lake Åresjön/Renfjället.)

Balcony facing south with a view of Lake Åresjön. This floor, more exclusively furnished, was completely renovated in 2015.

Middle level:

Living room with a nice open fireplace, TV, Apple TV, cable TV, DVD.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Dining table for 8 people. Bathroom/WC, sauna. Large balcony facing south with a view of Lake Åresjön. Renovated in 2015.
Lockable ski storage.

Ground floor:
Approx. 50m².
Two bedrooms with bunk beds (lower bunk bed 120 cm wide) = 4 berths in total.

Living room with small sofa, small TV.
Kitchenette with two hotplates, fridge, freezer, microwave, no oven.
WC/shower, washing machine. Large balcony facing south.

The house has a parking space with space for 1 car/floor or about 4 cars in total.

When renting the entire house, or the middle and ground floors, the hot tub/outdoor spa can be booked.

Non-smoking.
Pets are allowed, but please do not sleep on beds/sofas/furniture.
Rented to guests over 25 years old.
Bed linen, towels are not included. Pillows and duvets provided.

Can also be rented for longer periods, e.g. companies, working, price according to increase.

The tenant is responsible for cleaning and throwing away household waste when moving out.
Cleaning can be purchased, but you do the general cleaning, i.e. empty the fridge/freezer and household waste yourself.
