Fruvik Värmdö. Child friendly, sea view and beach

Spacious family villa with a sea view and only a few minutes' distance to a sandy beach with jetty. Everything is here for a comfortable holiday in a child-friendly area with proximity to services and very good bus connections to Stockholm. The house has three levels;

The main entrance is on the middle floor, where you will find a large, modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area for 6 people and a Smart TV. In the kitchen, as an extra bonus, there is a coffee machine that grinds whole beans and in the dining room there are two comfortable armchairs. The kitchen has an exit to the balcony facing the sea with a table and 4 bar stools. Here you can enjoy a view of Torsbyfjärden, the fairway towards Stockholm and magical sunsets.
On the same floor, there is also a living room with a sofa group and a fireplace, as well as an exit to the garden and a covered balcony.

The middle floor has two bedrooms, both with single beds 90*200.
Large bathroom with bathtub and shower corner.

Upper level has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is a bright room with a wonderful lake view, Smart TV and large double bed.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed 90*200 cm..
Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Lower level; (sutter meadow) has a large sofa and cozy home cinema/Smart TV room, projector with Apple TV.

The upper part of the plot has a grass area for play and adjoins a small forest grove. Here there is a hammock and a cozy covered terrace under a roof with lounge furniture, gas grill, etc. Below the house there is another grass area and paved parking for several cars.

The area's community child-friendly sandy beach and jetty at bathrobe distance, a couple of minutes' walk approx. 200 m. Several well-equipped playgrounds and a small soccer field in the immediate area. Forests with hiking trails, exercise loops 2,5-7,5 km, outdoor gyms, table tennis, soccer fields and free tennis courts are also within walking distance. Many excursion destinations, activities and natural areas within close proximity by car/bus.
Walking distance 0,5 km to Bakery with café and lunch serving, 1,3 km grocery store Coop, several restaurants and take away services within walking. Värmdö Shopping center 3 km. Frequent bus connections to shopping centre, main village Gustavsberg and many other parts of Värmdö, as well as to Stockholm (only 25-35 minute bus journey to central Stockholm).

In the main town of Gustavsberg, 5 km away, there are shops, galleries, studios, a museum and nice cafes and restaurants. Gustavsberg also has a popular bathhouse with swimming pools, adventure pool, relaxation and gym. Next to the bath there are also a fun adventure play ground in the forest.

Distance to Stockholm is about 28 km (20 by car), 25-35 minutes by bus , or you can go by a regular boat to Stockholm which takes about an hour (15 min walk to the boat pier from the house).
