The house is located in a rural and idyllic location with meadows and oaks and a mountain with a breathtaking view of Ägnöfjärden.

You will be greeted by a unique old charm and exciting original details.
The kitchen has a dining area, electric stove with hob and oven, fridge/freezer and other modern kitchen equipment that coexists with older furnishings, a charming iron stove and old fixtures. Inside the kitchen is a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace, sofa and armchairs and another dining area with a view of the sea and nature. There is also a TV and piano. Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a wide single bed 120x200 with a spring base, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Access to a washing machine on request.

On the cozy upper floor there are 2-3 smaller bedrooms and a mini-room with two reading chairs.
A gable bedroom has a double bed with a box spring base 160x200 cm, and a smaller cot that fits a child about 2-4 years old. In the second gable bedroom there are 2 built-in single beds 80x200 cm with new box spring mattresses. Between the two bedrooms there is a walk-through room with a built-in single bed with drapery and a thick foam mattress 90x190 cm and a children's/junior bed 70x170 cm. Clothes storage is available in all bedrooms. There is also a small toilet upstairs.

For those who like movies there is a small movie room with over 300 movies, VHS and Playstation.

Outside the house there are several places with outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation, a meadow and lawn with beautiful oaks and seating on the mountain with a wonderful view of Ägnöfjärden. The location is private and secluded with several hundred meters of undeveloped shoreline with a rich birdlife. Below the rock there is a large jetty deck with furniture and wonderful swimming opportunities. Here you can also fish for perch. A child-friendly, shallow sandy beach is within walking distance, about 500 m.

From the courtyard in front of the house, the view over the bay is breathtaking. From the back you can also see the owner's family's main house and a little further away a smaller summer house.

During the low season, especially, the place offers many nature experiences. Birds, deer, hares and foxes are often seen around the house. If you are lucky, you may also see moose. During high summer, the animals retreat further away.

Fagerholm is a beautiful and rural part of Ingarö. There are lovely forest paths and nice winding gravel roads for pleasant walks and bike rides. Nearby is Fagerholm's farm, which has various events during the summer, including an art exhibition.

On Ingarö there is a lot of fun to do and many exciting excursion destinations, including kayak rentals, diving trails, hiking trails, 18+18 hole golf course, mini golf, etc. There is also a large cultural offering with exhibitions, museums, auctions, flea markets, and nice seaside taverns. Close distance by car to Gustavsberg with a nice harbor area with restaurants, cafes, porcelain museum, porcelain outlet and glass, nice boutiques and much more. In Gustavsberg there is also a nice swimming pool with an adventure pool, relaxation, gym and a large fun adventure playground next to the bathhouse. Don't miss the fine art museum Artipelag near Gustavsberg.
