The houses are located in Stockholm’s stunning mid-archipelago and are conveniently accessible by car. The car ferry runs regularly. On this island you will find large nature reserves with hiking trails and areas for summer leisure activities, kayaks, historical sights and golf. There is also a well-stocked grocery store, several restaurants, and other service.

The houses are of top quality and no expenses were spared when choosing the building materials. The architecture is modern and sleek, and the spacious, airy houses are open plan with large windows and partly open all the way up to the roof ridge. The houses are well planned with stylish and tasteful décor and have spacious entertainment areas for guests.

The main house makes up 110 square meters and contains a furnished common room, a sofa and TV, dining area for 8-10 people, a fireplace with glass doors and a very well-equipped kitchen with a wine fridge. There is a large, luxurious bathroom with toilet, shower, sauna, washing machine and a dryer. There is also a second bathroom with a toilet in the house.

The guesthouse is 35 square meters and contains two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is a common room with a sofa and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet.

The area of Roslagens Pärla was originally made up of unique houses from the Stockholm exhibition in 1897, which were moved to the area to create an exclusive and rare atmosphere. The area’s landowner’s association administers shared amenities such as a tennis court, a jetty with a stepladder for bathing, and a private beach. You will also find a steamboat wharf with a pavilion and several benches. Bring a picnic basket and experience the beautiful sunset, enjoy and evening swim or why not try some fishing? Nature reserves and hiking trails are located a short ten-minute drive away.

Ljusterö is situated 60 kilometers from Stockholm, equivalent to approximately one hour’s drive. The car ferry from östanå takes 5 minutes and departs frequently up to 6 times per hour during high season. There are also bus connections to the island.
