Accommodation in a country setting with 4 beds + 1 double bed sofa in Långlöt, Öland for rent

Newly renovated worker residence at older Öland farm for comfortable accommodation with views of the Baltic Sea. 4 beds + 1 double bed sofa. The apartment is one of two in a detached house with an associated private plot of approximately 150 m2. The location is perfect for those looking for a quiet and natural environment with only 1.5 km to private beach through lush country road and beautiful seaside fields. 100 m to bus stop. About 20 min to Borgholm and 40 min to Kalmar.

The apartment is 70 m2 with kitchen, living room, shower and toilet on the ground floor and two smaller halls with entrance doors. Upstairs consists of a larger bedroom with a new double bed (180x200 cm) and storage wardrobes. The adjoining hall overlooks the ocean and houses two beds (80x200 cm). The covers, pillow and fleece plaids are available for all beds. The upper floor is accessed via steep stairs with a rope bar with a strong ship feel.

The living room has a double bed sofa, coffee table, smart TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate fridge and freezer, iron stove, electric oven with hobs, cooker hood, coffee maker and microwave. Washing machine is available in the newly renovated bathroom.

The plot has a patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture with fantastic evening sun to the West. Parking is available on the own green area that can be closed to unleash the dog. The plot is shared with the neighboring apartment but is fenced. In front of the house is a garden and horses as well as sheep is a common feature of the farm.

The apartment has WIFI plus 43 inch full HD Smart TV with access to SVT Play, Netflix, Youtube and more.

In addition to a long, private sandy beach 1.5 km from the house there is the popular Bjärby beach within an easy reach (6 km). The nearest supermarket is in Rälla (1,5 km). Visit some of Ölands newly opened microbreweries Kackelstugan 20 km, Fireside Inn 15 km and Skedemosse Farm Brewery 11 km. Café and Hometown Museum 3 km. Bus stop 100 m. Borgholm 20 km. Kalmar 40 km - voted for Swedens summer town for the third year on the row!

Directions:
Drive over the Öland Bridge. Turn right towards Ottenby / Mörbylånga on road 136 (2nd exit after the bridge). Turn left towards Norra Möckleby after about 2 km. Turn left towards Borgholm after about 10 km. Drive about 12 km straight through the villages Runsten and Långlöt. At the last property in Långlöt, turn right into the farm Långlöts Norrgård.
