Our boathouse has two sea kayaks (including life jackets and covers) available to borrow.

Two bedrooms with stoves that can be lit and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen. Nice glass veranda. Dining area in the kitchen for 8 people. Dining area in the dining room for 12 people.

Large lush garden plot (3000 sqm), framed by a lilac hedge, secluded plot offering privacy, approx. 700 meters from Hamra. Outdoor furniture for 14 people and barbecue. Small gravel road outside. Cows graze on the vast meadows adjacent to the house, which stretch all the way down to the sea.

900 meters to the sea. Walking distance to a small sandy beach (1.2 km via the road, takes approx. 13 min on foot and 5 min by bike). 10 min by car to one of Gotland's finest sandy beaches, Austre & Holmhällar. There are also spectacular rock formations here.

In Hamra, a few minutes' walk away, there is a bakery and the pleasant French bistro Hamra krog.

Storsudret offers numerous attractions, including Hoburgsgubben, an art gallery with a sculpture gallery at Körsbärsgården, and the local heritage farm in Bottarve. Entertainment, petrol stations, grocery stores, etc. are available in Burgsvik, 8 km away.

The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, toilet, bidet, shower, and a large kitchen with lots of kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Smeg gas stove with electric oven, milk frother, mixer, etc. Wooden floors throughout the house except in the bathroom.

Bedroom 1, the studio: Double bed, total size 180 x 200 cm (Hästens bed). Sofa, wardrobe, desk, rocking chair, fireplace that can be lit.

Bedroom 3:
Two separate single beds. (80x200, 90X200). Wardrobe.

Bedroom 4:
Upstairs (steep stairs) is this large bedroom with two single beds (105x200, 105x200 cm) pushed together to form a double bed. In addition, there are four additional single beds (90x200). There are a total of 6 beds in this room.

Bedroom 5:
Small bedroom with 2 beds (90x200 cm, 90x200 cm) upstairs.

Kitchen:
Dishwasher, Smeg gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and a large and good selection of kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. Large kitchen table that seats 8 people. Wood-burning stove.

Living room: dining table for 12 people and sofa.
Garden:
Outdoor furniture in white-painted wood for 14 people. Barbecue available (Weber charcoal barbecue). Hammock and swing available.

The garden also has an outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower. The outdoor shower has solar-heated water (20-litre solar-heated water heater).

Bicycles:
We have a few older standard bicycles available to borrow (1 yellow Kronan, 1 green similar to Kronan and one Peak MTB).

Mandatory final cleaning 2000 SEK. Bring your own bed linen/sheets, or rent them if you want.

Changeover day is Saturday.
