**Rent a week or an epic long weekend in our charming cottage by the stream!**
Perfect for you and your friends, your partner, or the whole crew who want both adventure and proper chill vibes.
**Only 5 km to Järvsö and 6 minutes to VILDRIKET**, the mountain bike park with a world-class pump track. In winter, the ski slope comes alive – one of the most fun and accessible slopes at these latitudes. The snowmobile trail is right outside the door.
### The Cottage (65 sqm)
- Sleeping loft with 4 beds + a separate bedroom with a fixed bunk bed (180 cm long) and a comfortable 140x200 cm bed.
- Sleeps 6–8 people (plus extra mattresses).
- Fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher.
- Cozy fireplace room with wood-burning stove (firewood included).
- Comfortable sofa that converts into an extra bed, fiber TV, and free WiFi.
- WC, shower, and washing machine.
- Two boot dryers + drying cabinet in the hallway.
- Air source heat pump + electric radiators – always warm and comfortable indoors.
**Family-friendly but adult-friendly too:** High chair, crib, snowracer, sled, and swing are available. But it’s just as much a cottage for friends and couples who want to go hard on the bikes or skis during the day and unwind by the fire in the evening.
**Outdoor space:**
- Large covered veranda with table, 4 armchairs, and a lounge sofa.
- Small grill.
- Outlet for engine block heater.
**Practical info:**
Bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Final cleaning is mandatory, but we can arrange it for an extra fee (1000 SEK). Bed linen + towels can be rented for 100 SEK per person when you book in advance.

Har hyrt denna stuga flera år nu under sommaren. Jättefint boende, väldigt mysigt och prisvärt för den större familjen
Husvärden Lolita är jättrevligt ock enkel att ha att göra med.
