Lovely cozy cottage within the baltic coast

A cozy, 45 m² holiday home in a nautical style with two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and one with a bunk bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms has a desk and mobile Wi-Fi, making it ideal for those who need to work during their stay. Both bedroom windows are equipped with awnings and blackout blinds to keep out the sun and heat.

The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living room. The patio doors lead directly to the terrace, where chairs and tables are provided for comfortable dining. The terrace offers shade during strong sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and blender, as well as ample dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans. The living room features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a 55-inch smart TV. Bring your own game console or stream games on the TV. A selection of books (German and Swedish) are available for you to borrow, including children's books. There are also some games available, suitable for both outdoor play and rainy days (which are rare on the Swedish Sun Coast). The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and washing machine. It features underfloor heating, which is pleasant on cooler days. A tumble dryer and other laundry supplies are located in the utility room. The property is situated in a quiet location in a small resort town just outside Figeholm. Meadows and woods border the property. The water is only 500 meters away, and a child-friendly sandy beach with a diving platform is 800 meters away. Two three-speed bicycles, two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), and various life jackets are available for your use free of charge. An electric pump and a small handcart are also provided for your convenience.

Children and pets are welcome. The balcony can be closed off with a door. This is convenient if you have small children or a dog. And if you're traveling with a cat, there's a cat enclosure that the cat can access through the bathroom window. A litter box is available to borrow.

In addition, garden furniture and a Weber grill are provided. The area is known for its excellent fishing!
