Cottage by the beach

Welcome to rent this lovely cottage close to beach!

Here you can walk barefoot just over 100m down to the long and lovely beach at any time of day for sun and bath. The area is a holiday resort, and here the children run free. It is a good place to relax, read a book, and take it easy. And when it's time to activate you can take long walks or run along the sea path, go to a vineyard, play golf, bird watching, or do any of the other activities on the peninsula!

Accommodation:
The house is simple, but includes what you need in a holiday home. A garden surrounds the residence, and on the terrace there are chairs and tables for the whole family. Indoors, it is fresh, with a kitchen, living room, toilet and shower, as well as two separate bedrooms. TV is available, however, no channels - bring your own computer for HDMI, or (USB stick).

The area:
The Kulla Peninsula is a peninsula in northwestern Skåne. It is located in Höganäs municipality and here
is an unbeatable nature on the mighty Kullaberg with its little famous lighthouse and nature. On the peninsula there is opportunities formany activities, including: wave surfing, golf (St Arild), bird watching (Utvälinge, among others), mountain biking, climbing, diving, sea kayaking, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and of course, swims in the ocean. Nice, smaller towns, to visit nearby are Höganäs (10min) and Laholm (15min).

The area is really well suited to unwind, and to enjoy and discover!

You get here easiest with your own car. Parking is available on the plot.

All communication with guests will take place remotely.

The final cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen, towels and consumables (including bathroom supplies) are not included in the rental.

Down-payment is used.
20% of the rent is payable at the time of booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of SEK 2500 is due in connection with the final payment, and is returned shortly after check-out, provided that cleaning and other is done as expected.

Switches are made Sundays.
Check-out is before 11:00, and check-in is at 15:00, unless agreed otherwise.

The cottage is only rented to attentive guests (references may be requested).
