A modern summer house with a beautiful sea view

An open and generous summer house for a comfortable and peaceful living with three separate bedrooms (6-7 people), large wooden deck with evening sun and a wide view of the Sandö fjord in the northern part of Värmdö. The house has an open and modern interior with a living room with fireplace and adjoining fully equipped kitchen. An all tiled bathroom with water toilet, shower, washing machine and drier. The house lies piecefully by itself but only five minutes from Norråva Golf Course (pay-and-play) and a kajak renting center.

In addition to the little coffee hut at the golf course there are a number of cafés and restaurants within 10-20 min by car, such as Siggesta gård, Lillsved, Fredriksborg, Gustavsberg and Artipelag Art museum. Värmdö shopping center with food stores, liquour store and many other shops is only 15 min away. In the old manufacturing town of Gustavsberg there is a porcelain museum and many porcelain and glass stores, and the picturesque town of Waxholm with many shops and restaurants can be reached with a nice tour by car, using two short ferry tours via the island Rindö with a newly opened cheese factory.

Only 10 minutes away, you will find Siggesta gård with adventure (family) golf, fotball golf, restaurants, shops, animals and children playground. From Boda brygga only 10 min away you can make excursions with tour boats to islands in the nearby archipelago. At Grisslinge 15 min away, there is a large sand beach perfect for children, and there you will also find a bakery, café and restaurant.

If you are interested in golf, there are no less than five different golf courses within 30 min by car in addition to Norråva Golf. Also good opportunities for fishing, and a small boat with outboard engine may be rented.

The distance to Stockholm is only approx 45 minutes by car.
