Rent a house 175 meter from the sea in Byrum

Kanalvillan is a charming house about 175 meters from the sea and beach in Byrum Sandvik, Öland. The house is located on a sunny plot and the sea can be glimpsed between the trees.

The house has four rooms with five beds in three bedrooms. Downstairs is a kitchen with fridge / freezer, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Living room with dining area, sofa and TV. Bedroom with two beds and a toilet.

In the attic there are two more bedrooms, suitable for children, with a total of three beds.
 
In a separate house directly adjacent to Kanalvillan there is a shower, washing machine and a further toilet. On the large terrace there is plenty of space for associated outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Pets are not allowed.
