The house:
Fully equipped kitchen with marble countertop and seating for 8-10. Spacious living room with access to the terrace. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer and access to the terrace and small cottage. Upper hall with large TV including Apple TV/Netflix/Disney+ (login with your own account).

Four bedrooms, two on each floor, with double beds and single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed). Bunk bed in the small cottage and space for an extra bed in any bedroom in the house. Two bathrooms, one on each floor, one with a corner bathtub and one with a shower corner.

Wifi via fiber. Sonos sound system.

Cleaning at the end of the rental period must be done by a hired cleaning company and at your own expense. The landlord can assist with contacts.

Balcony and garden:
Large, 95 sqm, private balcony with high, open location in the south/west. Outdoor kitchen with large Napoleon grill, running water and refrigerator. View of the Bohusbergen and Kalvhagen with glimpses of the sea to the west and south. Lovely evening sun for nice dinners under a large awning with infrared heating. Extendable teak table with 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers. Breakfast areas in the morning sun on the lawn.

Surroundings:
Close to swimming with sandy beach and pier (500 m) and the SSN sailing school. Walking distance to Fjällbacka square (900 m) with guest harbor, award-winning restaurants, bars and shopping. Boat rentals, boat trips to the Väderöarna with its Inn and crayfish/seal safaris are also available here. The archipelago is magical. Beautiful nature reserves and walking and cycling trails abound both in Fjällbacka and along the coast to the north and south.
