The rent is normally Sunday to Sunday. Prices are for up to 4 people.
Included; electricity/heating, fiber, TV channels, spices, toilet/household paper, parking space.
Bed linen and cleaning are not included but can be ordered for 1,500 SEK/week

About the home
Floor 1: Entrance/hall, modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for all types of cooking, stylish bathroom with shower cabin, toilet.
(Washing machine + dryer are in a seperate laundry room).

Floor 2: Spacious open-plan living room, sleeping area with 180 bed plus 2 single beds. Dining area with dining table for 4.
TV area with armchair, 3-seater sofa, 55” SMART TV.

From the living room you can reach a spacious veranda with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasol and gas grill (in season).
There are 2 parking spaces next to the house.
Cats and dogs allowed (but no barking dogs)

ABOUT THE AREA
The annex is one of three houses on the property, the owner lives in the villa next door. The houses are located in Böckerskogen with miles of views over Bjäre's open landscape in a rural, natural environment. Neighboring Båstad and Bjäre GK! The distance to central Båstad is 3.9 km and Västra Karup 3 km.
