A peaceful place with a wonderful view and soothing silence in the snow-sure Tänndalen. The cottage "Lillskarven" just below the tree line towards Skarvfjället is suitable for those who want to be close to nature, like to make fires in stoves, fetch water from their own well, shovel snow and go to the outhouse.
Training or retreat? There are endless tour options in Nordic Ski's trail system and along groomed trails in the mountains. Newly built sauna with relaxation room, no neighbours and no electricity. Reading lights and mobile phone charging are provided by solar panels, and you cook your food in a new gas cooker with an oven.
The adventure begins at Åsvallen's car park. On skis you make it the last kilometre up to the tree line and the cottage. In summer you can fish in 200 mountain lakes and 300 kilometres of flowing water, all on the same fishing licence.
