Garden house in Tofta 500m from beach

Overview
A well-planned house of 60m2 in Tofta Strand. The house has bedrooms, sleeping loft, living room with a sofa bed, separate kitchen and large bathroom with a sauna. Garden furniture and a barbecue can be found next to the entrance. The house is secluded with its own patio and car parking but on the same plot as the hosts house. Wireless internet and digital TV are included in the rent.

Bedroom, loft and living room
Bedrooms with two beds each and chest of drawers plus wardrobe. The sleeping loft has two proper beds (can be rearranged into double bed), bedside table and storage shelves. A smooth stairway with handrail connects the loft with the ground floor. The living room has two armchairs, coffee table and a quality sofa bed with two separate beds. There is also a storage unit with a TV on top.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove (four plates + oven), microwave, large fridge and freezer. Coffee machine and kettle are also available. The dining table in wood offers space for all residents. Child chairs are available. An AC for cooling or heating is mounted on the wall in the kitchen.

Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious with a separate toilet + sink next to a shower room and a sauna. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

Plot
The plot is surrounded by a fence. There is a large lawn in front of the house. Plenty of space for three cars and storage possibilities in the garage.

Surrounding
Tofta is known for its long sandy beach, amenities and proximity to Visby. You can try various water activities such as windsurfing on the beach. You will find a number of restaurants, cafés, beach lounge, supermarket and mini golf next to the beach. At dusk anticipated a beautiful sunset. The area also host the popular "Viking Village". Visby is easily accessible by car (20 min), bus or bicycle. Tofta is also a perfect starting point to discover the rest of Gotland.

Directions:
The house is located in Tofta Strand (Beach), 22 km south of Visby along Route 140. By car it takes about 20 minutes from Visby. In Tofta Strand turn when you see the road named "Brandvägen" and then turn right on "Gutebyvägen" where the house is located. You can also take bus number 10 from Visby bus station or the ferry terminal to Tofta Strand.
