700 meters to the wetlands in the floods along the Öresund coast.

550 meters to the bird station and 2 km to Falsterbo lighthouse where ringing takes place. Also 2 kilometers to the nature reserve Ljungen where birdwatchers from all over the world meet to look out over one of Scandinavia's largest heaths where not least birds of prey circulate in the upwinds before heading south.

A perfect home for birdwatchers from August to early November.

The house has an integrated kitchen with dining area and fully tiled bathroom with shower.

90 cm wide bunk bed.

In the yard there is a grill and dining table and sun umbrella.

The rent includes free access to bicycles and a bathing cabin right by the long jetty for those who want to take a dip in the sea.

ICA store and restaurant within walking distance and also a cozy grill, kiosk and pizzeria.

TV with many channels from Telia - also Danish TV - as well as Netflix and TV4 play, wifi, radio, microwave, stovetop, sink and refrigerator.

The house is allergy-free and smoke-free so I cannot accept pets.

The house is rented with move-in on Sundays from 2 pm to the following Sunday at 12 pm.
Longer or shorter periods can be discussed.
