Small house in the old center of Falsterbo

Here you can rent a practical small farmhouse with private courtyard and garden in the old part of Falsterbo.

The cottage is located on a private plot right at the beginning of Storgatan in central Falsterbo and outside the entrance you have a courtyard covered with Öland stone with various tables to have breakfast or dinner around. If you don't eat out or cook yourself, there is a grill on the farm. Because the house is so centrally located, you have the ICA store within walking distance and likewise a cozy grill, kiosk and pizzeria a block away. Restaurant Kust is also nearby and in Skanör and Höllviken after the Falsterbokanalen there is more service and a system company.

People often visit Falsterbo to sunbathe and swim, and you have access to our bathhouse, which is located right by the long bathing jetty down by the beach. You walk or cycle here and then pass the Museum Kiosk, which serves coffee, ice cream and simple lunches. There are also two golf courses and mini golf, and in Höllviken there is the Viking Village by Foteviken and an amber museum.

The house is small and compact but has everything you need, such as a fully tiled bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with hobs, sink and fridge, and in addition to a coffee maker and microwave, of course all the crockery you could possibly need and a small dining table in front of the "kitchen". The beds consist of a bunk bed and in front of this there is a TV and wardrobe. The house is thus perfect for two people and is completely allergy-free as no pets or smoking are allowed.

Free parking is available outside and if you travel by public transport, the bus to Malmö stops very close by. Wireless broadband is available.

You have access to bicycles and as the path of love is close by, an idyllic cycle ride along the floods and the Öresund coast is recommended to end in Skanörs harbor with its boating and cozy restaurants. The surroundings with its natural life, long sandy beaches, the seagull's mouth and the lighthouse are also particularly suitable for bird watching and every autumn the Falsterbo Bird Festival is arranged here.

The house is rented with move-in Sunday from 2 pm until next Sunday at 12 noon.
A shorter time can be discussed
