2 Houses with 3 apartments near Visby, POOL

The accommodation is located at Stora Hästnäs Farm just north of Visby and is rented out on a weekly basis during summer 2026. It is well suited for several families or generations who wish to stay together while still having their own separate units.

In our daughter’s courtyard guesthouse, there is The Atelier on the ground floor and The Loft Apartment on the upper floor, with a total of 4 + 4 beds. The beds are arranged as one double bed and one bunk bed in the Atelier, and two double beds in the Loft Apartment — 8 beds in total in the guesthouse. Shared cooking usually takes place in the Atelier, with a grill and pergola/outdoor seating area with a long table directly adjacent via opening glass doors. The guesthouse was completely renovated to year-round standard during 2025. It includes a kitchen with cooktop and dishwasher, and fully tiled bathrooms with showers.

In the adjacent wing building, there is an additional apartment. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sleeping alcove providing three beds, and a WC. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower, sink, and sauna.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 300 per set per week. Gotland Bicycle Rental can provide bicycles and deliver them on site. There are several parking spaces available nearby, as well as an electric vehicle charger, with charging possible in agreement with the landlord.

The 4 × 8 m swimming pool is heated and now equipped with a retractable roof. We, the owner family, usually do not use the pool very often when guests are present around the pool area — perhaps occasionally for an evening swim.

There are horses, cats, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback on the farm. A trampoline, kubb (Viking lawn game), and a football goal are available. Mats runs, among other things, Gotland Kiteschool, and our daughter Linn is a qualified riding instructor. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
