Welcome to Södra Annexet at the Morsarvet af Sjöfälla estate!

Södra Annexet is beautifully nestled in the Småland Highlands, offering stunning views of the lake, mountains, and meadows. Right outside your door, you have your own private garden equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and toys for the children.

After just a short walk along the scenic road – with sparkling water on one side and a horse paddock on the other – you reach your large, private beach and boat area. Here you will find a spacious dock with a platform and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the sun. As our guests, you also have access to a large area featuring two additional furnished patios with lovely lake views, as well as a fourth spot with a stone-paved barbecue area. It is the perfect place for children to run around and play, or for adults to unwind and find peace and harmony.

Here you have everything you need for your dream holiday. Whether you are looking for adventure, scenic walks, fishing, swimming, day trips, or mushroom and berry picking, you will find it right on your doorstep.

We rent out two wing buildings on the estate: the Norra and Södra Annexes. If you are a large family or two families of friends wishing to spend your holiday together, you can easily rent both houses (maximum 9 people in total). We also rent out a third big building which makes it being possible to be 15 people at place.

We have been renting out Södra Annexet since 2012 and always strive to ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing and wonderful holiday.
