Beautiful cabin in Tänndalen with outdoor hot tub

A spacious 155 m² log cabin in Tänndalen, offering a cozy and genuine mountain atmosphere with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Tänndalssjön. Ideally located in the heart of the Funäsfjällen area, close to Funäsdalen, Hamra, Bruksvallarna, and Ramundberget. Parking is available for up to three cars, with both an EV charging station and engine heaters.

The cabin is perfect for two large families or a larger group, thanks to the generous social areas on the two lower floors. There are a total of five separate bedrooms, three of which feature double beds. The cabin also offers two bathrooms, one of which includes a sauna and relaxation area, as well as a heated outdoor hot tub on the adjoining terrace.

The main living room features a dramatic vaulted ceiling and large windows spanning the entire length of the room, providing breathtaking views and an abundance of natural light. A dining table seats up to 12 guests, while a large masonry fireplace at the center of the room creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

The interior combines traditional log-panel walls with a charming country-style kitchen. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the cabin, and the bedrooms are well ventilated through a heat recovery ventilation system.

We have invested in comfortable beds with high-quality duvets and pillows, along with well-insulated interior walls, because we believe a good night's sleep is especially important during your holiday.

The loft area has been designed with children in mind. Toys, crafts, books, movies, and video games are available to help make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

A travel cot for a small child is provided, and guests are welcome to borrow a snow racer, sled, and snow sliders.

The cabin is situated on a sunny south-facing slope and features a large terrace with excellent sun exposure and magnificent views of the mountains and Lake Tänndalssjön. Outdoor furniture, cushions, and a gas barbecue are available.

Everything is within easy reach for alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, and fantastic hiking trails. In recent years, several mountain biking trails have also been developed in the area surrounding the cabin.

Drive past Funäsdalen and continue for approximately 12 km. Pass the candy store "Bya Bua". Turn right just before Tänndalens Fjällhotell. Continue uphill for about 100 meters and take the first road on the left. The cabin is the second house on the left-hand side.
