Cottage on a dairy farm with cows and calves

"Lillstugan" means the little cottage and is situated on the farm Skurö Gård, which is a dairy farm with cows and calves. It is two kilometers to the Baltic sea with a sand beach as well as swimming cliffs. The forest is just around the corner.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fire place and windows in three
directions. Here you find a dinner table and a sofa that turns into a bed for 1 to 2
persons.

In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a small freezer, a stove with fan, a micro and a small kitchen table for 2. The bathroom has a WC, wash-basin, shower and a washing machine.

The first floor is a loft with a sloping ceiling and is divided in two parts. In the inner room there are two beds plus one extra. The other part is a spacy landing with one bed. We also have two movable beds and in the inner room there is plenty of room to place them if you prefer to sleep all family in one room. We have a baby crib that you can lend.

There are two terraces belonging to the cottage. One smaller facing south and a
bigger facing west with garden furniture and a grill. The farm has a big garden with plenty of room for children to play.

The Cottage is situated 2 kilometers from Figeholm, where you can find a
supermarket, golf-course, marina, library etc.

The local bus stops right outside the farm.

- Västervik - 50 minutes
- Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren´s world - 1 hour
- Kalmar - 1 hour
- The island Blå Jungfrun - daily boattrip during the summer from Oskarshamn
- Öland´s zoo and amusement park - 1 hour 15 minutes
- The glass world - 1,5 hours

We let the house only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday


Directions:
Drive along road E22 and turn into road 743 at Fårbo. Drive along road 743
approximately 7 kilometers until you the the signs Uthammar and Gårdsbutik. Turn
right and then directly right again.
