Apartment in villa central in Slite on Gotland

Three room apartment with veranda. Large ground plot. Lovely children friendly
sandy beach 500 metres, shops and bus stop about 160 metres. Near golf course
4km, Visby 34km. Fårösund 30km. Fitness path close by. Exciting surroundings with
Gotland´s only archipelago.

The apartment on first floor is for rent. We live on the second floor.

Unfortunately we have a cat, so people with allergies can´t rent.

First floor consists of three rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Spacious living room with
dining area. The kitchen has a small dining area. Two bedrooms with two berths in
one room and three berths in the other. The bedroom with three berths has access
to the kitchen. The kitchen is newly painted.
There is a separate entrance for the rental apartment via the patio for as little
disturbance as possible.
