Welcome to "Norra Annexet" at "Morsarvet af Sjofalla".

Norra Annexet is located with its own park area of about 6000sqm, beach, boat platform, right by the Lake Lillnommen. Take a step out on the patio - take a deep breath & look at the view of the lake, mountains & beatiful forest.
Here you find all you need for a perfect holiday, whether it is adventure, hiking, fishing, swimming, day trips or maybe mushroom & berry picking - it's on your doorstep.

We rent out two wing buildings - both the North & South Annex. It is possible to rent both houses for you who are a big family, or for the two friend families that want to celebrate holidays together. (Max 10 people.)

We have rented out the North Annex since 2011 with many happy, returning guests. We think it's about the location of the house so close to the water, and that it is a comfortable accommodation with "everything" you need. Access to the patio, takes place from the kitchen so it is perfect when serving food, or afternoon drinks. Once outside, you choose whether you want to sit in lounge furniture or at the table.

Informatie

Aangepast voor gehandicapten – We offer a ramp to get in and out of the house, however, the toilet and shower are not disabled-friendly (extra handles, etc.)
Allergievriendelijk – We allow dogs into the house.
Aparte slaapkamers – Yes, North Annex has three bedrooms with five beds.
Barbecue – There is a barbecue both by the house and by the lake
Broadband – Fast WiFi is included in the rent.
Hond toegestaan – Dogs are welcome if they are well behaved and kept on the floor. The cleaning is more demanding, if you buy cleaning from us, it is SEK 500 higher when there is a dog.
Laadstation voor elektrische auto – Due to insurance regulations, we cannot offer electric car charging (yet).
Mobiele dekking – Yes, with roaming you will have a very good net as we have a 3-mast at the other side of the lake.
Open haard – House Norra Annexet has a stove with transparent windows in three directions.
Roken niet toegestaan – Please do not smoke indoors.
Terras – Yes, one just by the house, and one by the beach/dock.
Tuinmeubels – Yes, both up by the house and down by the waterside.
Tv – Yes, 55" TV.

Keukenspullen

Diepvries – There is a normal fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The freezer part is about 100 litres big.
Koelkast – Yes of course, with freezer.
Kookgelegenheid – You can cook both by the house, but also you can use one of the two grills you have available, fourth option is the open fire place down by the lake.
Magnetron – Yes, there is a microwave oven.
Vaatwasser – The house has a "normal" dish washing machine.

Douche – Yes, see picure.
Sauna – Yes, we have our own wooden-fired sauna that is possible to use, after security go-through.

Beschikbaar in de buurt

Bootverhuur – A rowing boat is included in the rent and lies ready by your platform.
Duiken – It is possible to dive in the lake, however, the visibility depth is limited as in most Swedish lakes.
Fietsverhuur – There are both more advanced and normal bikes to rent.
Golf – There are three good golf courses within about 30 minutes' drive. Sweden's best links course (Sand) is 60 minutes away by car.
Jacht – It is possible to hunt on our land, pyrsch hunting. You need to have your own insurance and search dog.
Kanoverhuur – A Canadian canoe is available for rent - SEK 300/week.
Langlaufen – Skiing is possible right outside the door those winters with snow. Several ski tracks are also available, the nearest is about 20 minutes' drive away.
Midgetgolf – Yes, you have many within 25 car journey. The closest is only 7km away.
Natuurbad – Yes, one sand beach and also from the dock.
Overdekt zwembad – Closest swimming hall is approximately 20 minute car drive from us.
Paardrijden – Yes, there is a studfarm on the other side of the lake where it is possible.
Slalom/Snowboard – The closest place with skislope and lift is 20 minutes drive from us.
Speelplaats – Yes, big park area with lots of possibilities, there is also a trampoline and other playing gear.

Voetbalveld – Yes, the park area is perfect for some football :)
Wandelmogelijkheden – There are several ways to go directly outside your house. But there are also several "organised" such as for example the "Höglandsleden".
