Ski-cottage in Sälen/Näsfjället

Welcome to an old log house with high standard and scenic views of
Swedens alpine paradise. Here you can in the winter experience fantastic
skiing (down-hill and cross-country) and snowmobiling. In the summertime you´ll find beautiful hiking trails and great fishing in streams and lakes.

The cottage is located 20 km north of Stöten ski area and adjacent Näsfjället ski
resort (3 km). It is within commuting distance to both
Sälen /Lindvallen (40 km) and Trysil (60 km). The closest shop is in Sörsjön
about (7 km). The cottage is private with views of mountains and swamps

It has 9 beds, divided into a double bed and a bunk bed in the large cottage (60
sqm) and two bunk beds in the little cottage (20 sqm).
The cottage is renovated and equipped with modern amenities such as
stoves, wood stove, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave,
TV, VHS and DVD. The bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating, showers
and towel warmers.

On the lot next to the Little Höljån ( brook trout swim) is a wood-fired hot
tub to enjoy in.

Around the corner there are miles of snowmobile / ski trails. The plot bs on
Fulufjället National Park.

Directions to Björnbo, Näsfjället

From Stockholm:
Take the E20 towards Eskilstuna. Turn right after the Eskilstuna Västerås.
Remove the Strömsholm / Surat, and then to Ludvika. Follow the road past
Fagersta and Smedjebacken. In Ludvika, take Highway 247 to Björbo. In
Björbo, turn left on Highway 71 towards Vansbro, and Malung/Sälen. Go
through Sälen village on road 311 towards Särna and Sörsjön (30 km). In
Sörsjön turn left towards Näsfjället. Go about 7 km up the mountain. From
Salen takes about 35 minutes by car.
