Wonderful newly built cottage with nature ground plot at Äspet i Åhus. Near the old
bridge, cozy marina and city centre. Walking distance to the sandy beach.
Large wooden sun deck in southern position. Spacious kitchen with dining area in
connection to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker with
oven and a dishwasher. Microwave, electric hand mixer, coffee percolator, electric
kettle and toaster. Dining table with four chairs. Spacious and bright WC with shower
cabinet. Please not that smoking and pets are note permitted.

Electricity included in the weekly rent, but not in the monthly rent 
Only rented by the week during June-August
