The property is located on the idyllic island of Gränö, about 15 minutes north of Smådalarö. Here you’ll find a beautiful, car-free environment with walking paths, a small football field, and a playground at the center of the island. The Waxholm ferry pier is only a 10-minute walk away, with daily ferries to Saltsjöbaden, Tyresö/Trinntorp, or directly to Stockholm City.

Main House

The spacious main building of approx. 110 sqm features two bedrooms (both with double beds, one also with a loft bed), a large 70 sqm living room with an open fireplace and panoramic sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as shower and water toilet. A generous wrap-around deck surrounds the house, offering areas for both relaxation and dining – including a table for 12, barbecue, and lounge furniture.

Guest Houses

Guest House 1: A smaller house with a double bed/two beds.
Guest House 2 (by the water): Renovated in 2022, approx. 35 sqm with two bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed), water toilet, kitchen, and living room with direct access to the deck by the sea.
