We rent out our cozy, newly built summer house, beautifully located in peaceful and scenic surroundings with close proximity to the sea, swimming, fishing, and wonderful outdoor activities.

Hensvik is located in Norrtälje Municipality and is a quiet, nature-rich area surrounded by the sea, forest, and the open landscapes of Roslagen. The area offers tranquility and harmony, with excellent opportunities for swimming, fishing, and scenic walks—perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy a relaxing summer in the countryside.

The summer house is newly built and inspired by the classic Swedish barn, featuring a modern and stylish design that blends seamlessly into the natural surroundings. The house is of high standard and offers a total of five regular sleeping places (three single beds and one double bed), as well as the option of two extra mattresses in the loft—a cozy solution suitable for both children and adults. The accommodation is comfortable and well planned, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a harmonious and memorable summer stay. For children’s enjoyment, there is also a large trampoline on the property.

In nearby Herräng, the internationally renowned Dance Camp takes place every July, attracting visitors from all over the world. During this period, a wide range of activities, restaurants, and performances are available. Herräng also has a small local shop with most necessities, only about a five-minute bike ride away.

Hallstavik is approximately a ten-minute drive away and offers grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a liquor store (Systembolaget). There is also a newly built outdoor swimming facility with a large pool, water slide, children’s area, and diving platforms.

Grisslehamn and Väddö can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and offer several popular summer excursions and activities.

Electricity, water, and WiFi are included in the rental price. A security deposit of SEK 2,500 is required in addition to the weekly rent and will be refunded after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Three bicycles are also available for loan.

Guests must bring their own towels and bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets). Pillows and duvets are provided.
