Beautiful location near ski slopes

Welcome to a cozy sports cabin with sauna in an incredible location - private swimming bay with Sonfjället towering on the other side of the lake and only 15 minutes to skiing in the winter.

All year round the view is fantastic from the house where the light and nature play incredible scenes - if you are lucky you might also see the northern lights and maybe some reindeer walk past the yard!

In addition to a wood-fired sauna with small patio, there is also a wood-burning stove, drying cabinet, south-facing terrace with roof, fireplace and regular charcoal grill, rowing boat. Excellent fishing in the lake (Vikarsjön) right outside the cabin.
Private road so children can play freely in the yard.

10 minutes to Vemdalen and Hede.

15 minutes to Björnrike.

17 minutes to Vemdalsskalet.

Direct bus from Stockholm Central stops only 300 m from the cottage!

Close to hiking in areas such as Sånfjället National Park and Fettjeåfallet.
Golf in Hede and Klövsjö. Horseback riding and other activities are available in the surrounding villages.

Bedroom 1 - 1 160 cm double bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk bed 90+120 cm and day bed 80cm that can be made out to 160cm.
Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk bed 80cm.
Bring your own bed linen and towels.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
Dining table with folding doors for up to 8 people.
The cottage has complete kitchen equipment for 10 people. No dishwasher.
TV with basic menu and HDMI connection.
Good mobile network (I have Telenor).

Dogs allowed. No smoking indoors.
Bathroom and kitchen in a simple but well-functioning standard. 120L water heater.

Everyone in the party must be over 25 years old, however, this does not apply to children accompanied by a guardian.

The house is rented weekly with changeover on Sunday or by arrangement.
Access to the cottage is from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Options are available at a small cost:
- Free access to firewood storage.
- Boat engine and canoe in the summer.

4000:- per week in low season
5-7000:- per week in mid season
9-12000:- per week in High season (Christmas-New Year, sports holidays, and Easter as well as some summer weeks)
