The house, which was once part of a farm, is 70 square meters distributed over 1.5 floors with the bedrooms on the upper floor and kitchen/living room/small fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower on the entrance floor.
Directly adjacent to the entrance you will find a spacious wooden deck facing south with space for both a grill, dining table and lounge hanger, here you can really enjoy lazy days!

Grandma and grandpa's old rhubarb grows on the plot, which has given rise to a number of delicious pies over the years, welcome to treat yourself.

Within walking distance is Lake Vaxtunasjön, which is a nice swimming lake, albeit a little difficult to access. On the other hand, there is the possibility of a lovely swim in Bergshamraviken, both in Enviken and Morabadet.

It is a couple of km to the village of Bergshamra, where the nearest shop, a pizzeria and the deli can be found. Norrtälje, which is the nearest town, is 2 kilometers away and is a real summer idyll with its old wooden houses and the river that runs through the town. Roslagen offers many attractions for both young and old!
