The Area
The house is located in beautiful Dalsland by the lake Lelången, which is part of the Dalsland Canal system of connected lakes.

The Lakehouse
The house has two floors, a basement and a 25 square meter sunroom with a wood fired stove. Most of the house has been renovated in the last 5 years.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, coffe emaker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and wood burning stove.
TV-room: 55 inch TV with an Apple-TV and several streaming services.
Library: two Chesterfield chairs.
Bathroom: WC and sink

Upper Floor:
Master Bedroom: King sized bed (193 x 202 cm)
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed (152 x 202 cm)
Bedroom 3: Single bed (90 x 200 cm)

Basement:
Shower (not renovated) and washing machine

Outdoor space
The house has a front lawn and a back yard with grass and rocks all the way to the lake. The sun sets over the lake, and the large deck in the back yard is perfect to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Outdoor furniture is available. The wood fired hot tub is part of the deck.
Next to the water there are private cliffs to sunbathe or swim from. There is also a private floating dock.

The house is beautifully situated by Lake Lelång, with private access to the lake. The view of the lake and especially the sunsets were great. The house is very lovingly furnished with comfortable beds. The conservatory and reading room, as well as the wood-fired hot tub are a highlight. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We didn't want for anything in the facilities, especially the kitchen. There was also a canoe available. The area is perfect for relaxation and recreation. The nice communication with the landlords Karin and Ronnie was particularly positive.
