Welcome to a very special place in the Blekinge archipelago. Here, you live right by the sea with your own private garden and boat dock. From the garden and the raised deck, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. The southwest location gives you plenty of sunshine late into the evening.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean, enjoy your morning coffee on the dock, and paddle out between the islands. Here, peace, nature, and the sea are right outside your door.

The private dock quickly becomes a favorite spot. Here, you can sunbathe, swim using the ladder, or just sit and enjoy the view.

The water at the dock is shallow, making it safe and easy for children and relaxing for adults.

To explore the archipelago, you can borrow:

Canoe (for 2–4 people)
Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP)
Pedal boat
Paddle out between the islands, discover small coves, and bring a picnic for a lovely day on the water. You are welcome to paddle to the different islands — an experience we highly recommend!

The large glass sunroom is one of the house's best features. Here, you can sit late into the evening and enjoy the view, even when the temperature drops.

The raised outdoor deck gives you a fantastic view of the sea and is the natural place for morning coffee or evening barbecues.

If the weather is not on your side, there is plenty of space to get cozy indoors. The fireplace creates a warm atmosphere on cooler days, and the house has a modern heating system as well as air conditioning for warm summer days.

Everything is on one level, making it easy and comfortable to move around the house.

You will receive a personal code for the key box, which means you can check in smoothly without having to meet anyone or stick to an exact minute. Arrive whenever it suits you within the check-in time and start enjoying your stay right away.


🧹 Cleaning

To keep costs down and make things simple, guests clean the house themselves before checking out.

All necessary cleaning supplies are available in the house, and because the home is on one single level, cleaning is quick and easy.

🎣 Fishing – Directly from the Sea

If you enjoy fishing, there are great opportunities here:

Sea fishing: No fishing license needed. You can fish directly from the property or from the water.
Lakes: There are several lakes nearby where you can fish.
Mörrumsån: For serious fishing enthusiasts, Mörrum River — one of Sweden's most famous places for salmon fishing — is close by.


🚲 Nature, Cycling, and Day Trips

The area is perfect if you like being outdoors.

There are several walking and cycling paths through beautiful nature and nearby nature reserves. If you want to explore on two wheels, you can rent bicycles in Sölvesborg.

You can also easily visit beautiful beaches and local sights:

Tredenborg beach: ~5 minutes by car
Sandviken beach: ~15 minutes by car

Sölvesborg city center is only about 5 minutes away by car. Here, you will find cozy restaurants, cafes, and all basic services.
