Eller varför inte väcka alla och gå de knappa 10 meter från tomten till stranden och se barnen leka i vattnet och fiska krabbor i stenröset. Platsen är unik med ett ensamt hus på en 300 m lång strand. Vår familj är bortskämda och nu vill vi dela med oss av den upplevelsen.

Udendørssted (terrasse osv.) – Outdoor Seating for Every Occasion The house features outdoor furniture on three different sides, allowing you to choose the perfect spot depending on the sun and wind. The South Side: A dining table with seating for five – ideal for sunny breakfasts or lunches. The Ocean Side: A comfortable lounge area that seats 6–7 people, perfect for relaxing with a view of the sea. The Rear: A simpler seating area that provides a cool retreat if the summer heat becomes too intense.

Fiske – Crab fishing among the rocks. For fly-fishing enthusiasts, you can either wade out just 50 meters from the house to find the "leopard seabed" where sea trout thrive, or buy a fishing license for a nearby trout stream just a few kilometers away.
Fodboldbane – A spacious lawn surrounds the house, perfect for various activities and outdoor games like football.
Golf – Sjögärde Golf Club – A Scenic West Coast Gem Only a few kilometers away, you will find Sjögärde Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole parkland course known for its friendly atmosphere. The course winds through a scenic landscape of natural water hazards, bunkers, and ancient monoliths. Whether you are an experienced golfer or a beginner, Sjögärde offers a high-quality experience. The club features a restaurant (RUM35) with a fantastic view, a well-stocked shop, and excellent practice facilities including a short-hole course and driving range.
Legeplads – Family & Fun At the end of the beach, near the kiosk where you can buy ice cream and hot dogs, there are swings and a slide. Inside the house, you'll find a variety of LEGO, balls, and water toys. For swimmers, a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) and windsurfing boards are available for paddling and fun on the water.
Tennis – Tennis Just 300 meters from the cottage, there is a tennis court available for booking. You can reserve your time either by signing up on the sheet outside the court or online at boka.se. Vandreruter – Stråvalla Beach – Local Walk (approx. 4 km) There is a popular walking trail around Stråvalla Beach, spanning just under 4 kilometers. This easy-going route takes you through an open landscape and down to the beautiful sandy beach. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing daily stroll.
