Modernt, ljust, renoverat semesterhus med över sju meter takhöjd och smakfull inredning. Huset har ett fantastiskt läge ca två m från vattnet med egen brygga och roddbåt. Här kan man njuta av livet och naturen i lugna omgivningar. Stor terass med praktfull utsikt över vattnet och skogen. 4 bäddar i gäststuga med kylskåp och TV. Fiskemöjlighet från bryggan eller från båten. Viken är känd för att vara ett bra fiskeställe såväl sommar som vinter, speciellt fiske efter gädda och abborre. Det är muddrat i viken så man kan ta sig ut till öppet hav med båt. Huset är byggt med fokus på att ta in naturen och har stora fönster ut mot sjön och de kan öppnas hela vägen på sommaren. Bastu med relaxrum med utgång direkt till vattnet. Många promenad- och utflyktsmöjligheter. Ca 15 minter till centrum av Hudiksvall med shopping, restauranger, 18-håls golfbana, bio mm. Barnvänliga sandstränder vid Malnbaden, 15 minuter med bil. Fantastiska bär- och svampmarker. Närmaste granne är ca 250 m.
2022 blev allt golv efterisolerat och bytt i huvudstugan. Samtidigt monterades ett nytt kök. Robåt, 2 cyklar och enklare grillmöjligheter ingår.
Vissa årstider går det att bada från bryggan beroende på vattennivå som påverkas av den anlagda fiskdammen på andra sidan vägen.

Information

Barbequefaciliteter – A freestanding Weber Fireplace for charcoal or wood. Perfect for grilling sausages or meat with a grill grate.
Bredbånd – WiFi is included in the rental, but the speed can be as low as 5 Mbit/sec depending on the weather. Netflix usually works fine.
Hunde ikke tilladt – Dogs are generally not allowed due to allergies, but may be approved by agreement.

Mobildækning – There is mobile phone coverage in the area, but it's somewhat limited. We recommend the operators Telia and Telenor. 5G is available at times.
Opdelte rum – There are 4 bedrooms in total in the cottage and guest cottage. Two of these are walk-through to another bedroom.
Udendørs møbler – There is a table for 6 people and a table for 4 people. These can be placed next to each other to create a long table. 8 chairs are included. In addition, there are 2 sun loungers.
Udendørssted (terrasse osv.) – Large terrace around the main cottage and plenty of lawn for games and the like.
tv – There is satellite TV in the cottage that can be viewed from the TV in the living room. Here are the most common Swedish channels from Canal Digital. In addition, there is a selection of German channels. The upstairs TV is used for things like Playstation 3. The guest house TV is used for terrestrial Swedish TV channels.
Åbent ildsted – There is a fireplace in the living room and one in the master bedroom of the main cottage. In addition, there is a powerful Jøtul stove in the kitchen.

Bad – There is a 120 liter hot water tank in the cottage. This lasts for several moderate showers per day, but can run out and needs to heat up again if many showers are taken closely together.

Bådudlejning – A rowboat with oars is included in the rental.
Cykeludlejning – Two small-sized mountain bikes are included in the rental.
Fiske – There are plenty of pike and perch in the bay. Bring your own fishing equipment. No fishing license is needed. We greatly appreciate "catch and release" if the fish is not going to become a wonderful dinner.
Golf – There are several golf courses in the area. The nearest is an 18-hole course in Idenor.
Indendørs svømmefaciliteter – There is a nice indoor swimming pool in Hudiksvall and a spa at Hölick.
Udendørs svømmefaciliteter (strand) – There is a dock with a swimming ladder on the property. When it's low tide or there's a lot of seaweed, we recommend swimming from the boat or just from the boathouse location at the end of the bay.
