Cottage with lake view, pontoon, rowboat, mulltoa

Two cottages, 38 + 10 square meters.
Located in a secluded peaceful setting, these cottages have lake view and only 200 meters to the lake.
The cottages are cosy and equipped but there is no running water. Drinking water can be collected in a tap nearby.
3 pieces of 20 liter cans are available for fresh water and they will be filled on your arrival.
We usually heat water on the electric stove and "shower" and wash dishes outdoors.
Showers and municipal fresh water tap is also available one kilometer away, at a common sports- and dance-area with changing rooms. Sometimes there are dance evenings, singing or soccer tournaments arranged there.
The larger cottage is 38 square meters, with 2.5 rooms and kitchen. Sleeping alcove with 130 cm bed.
In the living area there is also a sofa that can serve as a bed about 140 cm wide.

Another living area with 6 seats facing the lake with many windows.
There is also a terrace with roof with 6 seats with lake view.
Just below the cottages on a terrace facing the water is an additional terrace with a barbecue and 6 seats.
The guest house is 10 square meters with a bunk bed sleeping two persons. Also there is a desk and chair and a small terrace under roof with sun loungers.
There is a hammock outside where you can relax with a view.
There is an additional little house with an organic old-fashioned ”mulltoa” instead of a WC. We love the old fashioned feeling but please make sure you understand the concept of mulltoa before booking.
Electricity and heating are available in both cottages.
There is a beautiful fireplace in the larger cottage which can be used with candles but no real fire because of a crack in the chimney.
In addition to the outdoor terraces there is also a grassy area next to the house where you can play or relax.
The plot where the cottages are located is a total of 1200 square meters and surrounded by forest. You can see some other houses a little further away behind the trees. The whole area is very peaceful.
Hilly terrain.
A path leads down to the lake and a pontoon that is shared with the nearest neighbor. On the pontoon there is a sitting group and your own private rowing boat lies next to the pontoon.
If you walk 200 m. along the water there is secluded litlle bathing cliff. If you continue on the path along the water for one kilometer then there is also a common sandy beach with several pontoons.
Only 5 km away is ”Vilbergen centrum” where there are several shops. Norrköping city is also within a few minutes drive if you want to visit restaurants or other city features. The beautiful Kolmården area with many lakes, walks and zoo, is also within a short drive.
Mobile coverage is usually good at the cottage and we can usually stream movies but if you want fiber (fast internet connection) it can be added at an extra charge.
If you want to rent bicycles that can also be arranged.
No smoking and pets allowed in the cottages.
Deposit €100 which is repayed upon departure.
Final cleaning can be booked for €100.
