- 1 bedroom in furnished basement one king size bed and a sofa bed (2 beds)
- 1 small bedroom with a toddlers bed.
- Livingroom with couch, TV, armchair, and fireplace.
- Modern kitchen with kitchen table, stove/oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffemaker, water boiler/electric kettle.
- Modern bathroom (WC/shower) with floor heating
- wireless internet (fiber via wifi) & chromecast

In addition:
- large outdoor room (44m2) with sliding doors, fireplace and garden furniture
- Separate guesthouse/room with king size bed.
- Separate Sauna / Shower / WC / laundry machine + dryer

In the area are possibilities of several outdoor activites, such as boule, soccer etc. There are fishing opportunities in the river Helge Å.

Non smoking only, no pets. The distance to the ocean/beach is ca 500 m, grocery store in Yngsjö ca 4 km, the River Helge å (fishing) ca 500 m, Åhus 11 km, Kristianstad 28 km, Martins Rökeri (fish smokery) 1 km. Good bus communications to Åhus & Kristianstad.

Cleaning is performed by the tenant. Bed linen / towels not included.

Rental sundays to sundays. Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00 (noon).

We want careful guests whom hold liability insurance. Discounts can be offered for rentals of several weeks.
