The place for family or a group of friends who want a large fresh living, large garden, barbecues, nature experiences, day trips, sights, culture or just relaxing with sun, swimming and play.

The house has a large nice apartment of 160 m2 with large rooms and high ceilings. The property, which was built in 1928, was once the village's rural dairy where milk was sold and cheese made. The upstairs accommodation was then intended for the dairyman while the dairy was located in the ground floor.

The house is located in Hult next to the Kvarndammen, large plot of 4000 m2 with perfect opportunities for activities such as ball games, badminton, frisbee, boules or whatever you wish on your holiday or weekend. Two furnished patios under roof, one with barbecue facilities. Large balcony where you can have the morning coffee or just enjoy the tranquility, or why not some sunshine.

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, in the bedrooms there are easy chairs.
Open floor plan with kitchen and living / TV room next to each other. There is also the largest bedroom that we have adapted to the children's wishes on large areas. It makes it easy to be together no matter what you are doing.

Adjacent to the kitchen is also a separate dining room. The kitchen has villa standard with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen we have set up a large walk in pantry where you have a good overview of the food you have at home on shelves.

Wall to wall with the kitchen is laundry with washer and dryer and clothes storage. Hall with clothes storage.

Beds with new fresh duvets and pillows and pillowtop mattresses. Removable mattress cover pillow covers are replaced for each new guest, the bed sheet you stand for yourself.
