A house and garden to relax and enjoy…

Recently renovated bright and airy 1.5 story house (150sqm) with 4 bedrooms, large mature garden (1005sqm with fruit trees, bushes, and lawn) and outdoor terrace and basement with laundry facilities. Partial seaview from upstairs.

Excellent location in the charming old fishing village Domsten -- a short walk to the seafront to enjoy swimming, walks or bike tours along the coastline, Kullagunnarstorp nature reserve and Skaneleden. A perfect base to discover the nearby beauty of this part of Sweden and an easy hop over to Denmark.

Downstairs is a large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen / living / dining area that opens onto a wooden terrace with outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave etc. and table settings for eight people. Is something missing? Let us know. Upstairs enjoys partial seaviews over to Kronborg Castle in Denmark with a bright landing area and a small balcony with seating for two. There is a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower area and 4 bedrooms.

The master bedroom is large with a Kingsize bed 180cm x 200cm and a desk for working. There is also lots of space to include an additional guest bed in this room.

Rental is primarily on a weekly basis, but the house can also be rented during low season for a minimum of three nights or for longer periods at an agreed monthly cost.

High season is weeks 25 – 35

Weekly rental cost SEK 12,800 (includes bed linen and towels)

Final Cleaning costs SEK 1,500 and is a mandatory extra

Shorter stays in low season (min three nights) cost SEK 1,800 per night and cleaning an additional 1,000.
