An incredibly well-planned and super cozy cottage just a few minutes away from Högfjället and Lindvallen.
The cottage is located at Sälen's best vantage point, 700m above sea level with completely unspoilt panoramic view facing east.
Enjoy sweeping views of Lindvallen, Sälen village and in clear weather views more than 100km away! Curl up in the large corner sofa by the fireplace and enjoy spectacular sunrises, sunsets and magical snowfall through the large windows of the main cabin!
Downhill skiing is offered in the area with slopes for beginners as well as for more advanced skiing both in/off-piste. Around the bend from the house you have groomed cross-country skiing tracks of all lengths and difficulty levels in Gubbmyrens-, Högfjällets and Gruven-Färdkällan-Renvägen cross-country ski areas. A great place to get in shape for the renowned Vasaloppet!
The cottage is equipped with all amenities; TV, wood burning stove, large and comfortable corner sofa to snuggle up in, broadband IT, newly remade bathroom with sauna, well-disposed kitchen with quality equipment, side entry with boot dryers and hanging options for the entire company's ski clothing, drying cabinet, ski storage, private parking for 3-4 cars, large terrace, new board games, etc. The loft has its own TV + XBox with several games, a great place for the kids to chill after a day in the piste!
During summer there are endless hiking and cycling opportunities. You can hike straight up to the "Södra Kungsleden" via Högfjället, you can hop on your bike directly out on "The King Of The Hill" trail that runs just past the house, you can take the ski lift (yes, summertime it is prepared to take bikes up the mountain) up to Sälen Bike Park in Lindvallen for exciting downhill runs, cyclocross, cross country or why not the bicycle Vasa?

- 1 room with double bed (160x200cm)
- 2 bedrooms with bunk beds (90x200cm)
- 1 loft with two single beds (90x200cm)
Large ski / snowmobile booth with the possibility to work on your skis/bike (work bench and bike rack in place)
Rental period are Saturday-Saturday during high season.
Move out cleaning is mandatory, 1500kr.
Smoking is prohibited
No pets (but the cottage is not allergy sanitized)

Supermysig stuga med allt man behöver och en otroligt vacker utsikt. Många fina vandringsleder i närheten. Allt gick smidigt till, tack vare Erik som var mycket tillmötesgående och trevlig. Vi kunde inte ha önskat oss något mer av vistelsen och kommer definitivt att hyra stugan igen!

Jag och min familj bodde i stugan en vecka i slutet av juli och början av augusti. Mysig fin stuga och fräsch! Värden mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Är det något så gör han sitt bästa för att lösa
alla frågor och funderingar. Svarar snabbt på frågor. Stugläget är kanon, mellan Högfjället och Lindvallen. Flera butiker och flera vandringsleder finns nära - med vid utsikt, bl a en del av Kungsleden.
En mycket fin vecka!
