Welcome to a fresh summer accommodation with fantastic location! One main cottage with 4 beds, together with a spare cottage next to the main with only beds (4). The large cottage is all renovated and the small is fixed up during 2019. The main cottage has a spacious patio with roof together with a large table for 8 persons. The cottages are in a direct connection to the conference centre Åhus Seaside. With just 200 mts to a wonderful sandy beach with jetty. 150 mts to a large and heated pool area (a minor cost for entrance SEK 100/family for a full day 2019). In the area there are several nice restaurants, miniature golf, tennis, paddle, jogging tracks, large ice cream kiosk etc. Bus communications to Kristianstad located 50 mts from the cottage.
In spite of the central location, it is peaceful and just a short walk to the forest and fitness paths.

Åhus city centre is within a distance of about 2km, with supermarkets, additional restaurants, banks, pharmacies, off-license shop etc is available. There is also a beautiful esplanade with restaurants and lead you up to Åhus medieval city centre.

Two winterized cottages with 4 + 4 berths located privately on the owners ground plot. The part of the plot where the cottages are situated is of about 500m². The large cottage is of 23m², with a pantry, shower, and WC. There is also a TV, microwave oven and a large patio with roof and a barbeque.
The small cottage, 12m² only have 4 beds. Fast wireless internet included!
