The residence is in a rural location close to the sea and the beach with about 10 minutes drive. In the vicinity there are golf courses, hiking trails, the Råö nature reserve, restaurants / pizzerias, grocery stores, small shops, gas station etc.
The nearest center is Kungsbacka city center with about 20 minutes drive and approx. 30 min to the city of Gothenburg. There is also very good public transport, bus and commuter train to Göteborgs which takes only 15 minutes from Kungsbacka Central Station.

The apartment is animal and non smoking.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Final cleaning is done by the tenant upon check out or at a cost of
500 kr by your landlord.

The apartment is rented weekly from Monday at. 15:00 to monday at
12:00.
