Our townhouse is a few minutes walking distance to the beautiful baths and the small harbor of Old Lerberget (Gamla Lerberget). The house of 60 sqm (2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom) got new surfaces inside 2017. There are four beds in the house, two beds in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room.


Kitchen: New kitchen with fridge / freezer, stove and dishwasher. Kitchen table with seating for four people. Well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kettle, ironing board and iron.


Bedroom: Double bed (2 * 90 cm), bedside tables and bedside lamps. Three spacious wardrobes.


Living room: Large sofa bed, armchair and coffee table. Small workplace with desk and chair. Exit to the garden from the living room. Smart TV, which can be connected to your own computer. Swedish channels 1, 2, 4 and 6 are included.


Bathroom: Toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. Underfloor heating and toweldryer.


Around the house a cozy garden with a balcony and access to patio furniture and barbecue.


In addition to the above, the following are included in the rent

Parking lot
TV (Swedish channels 1,2, 4 and 6)
Internet
Bike (A ladies bicycle and a junior bike is available to borrow)
Cleaning (cleaning after termination of rental period is included in rent for weekly or monthly rent)
Water and electricity are included in the rental fee.

You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Lerberget is close to Höganäs center with service and shops with a variety of clothes, antiques, decor and books. In Magazine 36 there are ceramics, shops and a restaurant. Höganäs outlet area has a wide range of clothes, sports equipment, crockery and glassware. Around the village you will find farm shops, second hand shops and ceramics.

At Kullabygden there are many options for restaurants and cafes. In the idyllic fishing villages along the coast, small cozy restaurants and guesthouses typical for the southern part of Sweden.

Along the long coastline there are plenty of lovely long sandy beaches mixed with rocky beaches to dive from.

Attractions at Kullabygden are Kullaberg, Krapperup Castle, Kullens Lighthouse, Nimis, Mölle, Arild, Viken fishing villages and much more.

From Lerberget you will reach Helsingborg city center in 30 minutes. In rush hour, the buses run several times an hour and the bus stop is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the house. You will reach Ängelholm Airport in 30 minutes and Kastrup / Copenhagen in about 90 minutes.

The house is rented weekly during the period June through August. Other periods during the year, it is possible to rent the house for weekends, weeks or months. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with your questions!and weekly basis.
