There are 240 years of history here. Large unique farm building from 1777, yes a whole yard for yourselves.
Individually located, with Stångån as a neighbor, and the boat at the dock.
There is room for many inside and outside.
Quite unique property full of history and old things, located almost a kilometer from the nearest neighbor with its own road that ends at the yard, so here is minimal traffic. Here it is possible to be completely undisturbed.
Morning dip is enjoyed at its own jetty in complete solitude and the evening dip in the wood-fired hot tub, after a trip with the rowboat or canoe on the lake.
The farm consists of a number of old buildings and outbuildings, such as Mangårdsbyggnad, workers' housing, barns, warehouses, etc. house with associated land.
You completely own the entire manor house building of about 340m2 with 9 rooms and kitchen, with associated plot of a couple of thousand square meters. You also dispose of parts of the yard's outdoor environment on about 1 hectare (10,000 m2) with Stångån, jetty, hot tub, boat and canoes.
The farmhouse consists of 9 rooms and a kitchen. The house was built in 1777 and here is a lot of the original environment preserved, the iron stove in the kitchen, wide wooden floors, old locks and doors and much more. There are even original wallpapers and paintings from the construction year.
Downstairs there is a large kitchen with seating for 10 people around the dining table. There is also a dining room and a large living room.
The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, dishwasher (and washing machine) hot and cold water, and common facilities such as coffee maker, kitchen assistant electric whisk, microwave, waffle iron and more. Here you will find glass and crockery for just over 30 people, large pans of frying pans etc. so that it is possible to eat a company or something.
The kitchen also has a high chair, childrens plate etc.
Further downstairs there is also a large children's room with lots of toys, books, games, puzzles, brio rail, etc.. In the children's room there is also a sofa and a sofa bed with two beds. Further downstairs there is also the maid's chamber with a bed.
Upstairs are two large rooms and three smaller ones. In the large bedrooms there are 4 beds in each of them. In the smaller ones there are among others. library and guest rooms .. In these rooms there are beds for both large and small. In total, there are 12 beds plus two junior beds and one cot.
The whole house is decorated with old gadgets and things, here are antiques from the 17th century onwards. All to create a completely unique living, where the feeling of being in a time capsule, even being in a completely different time and environment can emerge. Being in another story with the environment and nature really close.
On the plot there is rocking climbing, trampoline and sandbox. For the big ones there are plenty of seating areas and patios, acid bench and grill.
Down by the river there is also a barbecue area with iron pots, coffee pot wok / frying pan for cooking over an open fire. There is also a windscreen.
May we suggest a three course with canoe trip / rowing boat on the lake, dinner over an open fire and end in the hot tub in the moonlight and fire and kerosene lamps.
Showers are made in a secluded part of the garden under open skies, both hot and cold water is in the shower.
Other needs are made on the ecological outdoor garden.
Ösjöfors is located 24 km from Vimmerby, with the fairytale park, Astrid Lindgren's Host and Astrid Lindgren's birthplace, today's museum, Astrid Lindgren's Näs.
In Vimmerby there are also old beautiful neighborhoods with wooden houses. Vimmerby also has shops and restaurants. Here is also Ica Kvantum.
Within a few kilometers from the house is the Northern Kvill National Park, but also the Rumskullaeken, a millennial oak with northern Europe's largest diameter on the trunk.
In the parish there is Emil in Lönneberga's "carpentry shop", the recording place for many of the scenes in the Emilfilm, in the neighboring parish there is Astrid Lindgren's inspiration and recording place for "The Children in Bullerbyn". For the movie enthusiast, there are also plenty of recording locations for many other scenes in the Astrid Lindgren films to view nearby.
Pelarne church, one of Sweden's oldest wooden churches, is also nearby.
There are also all kinds of adventures for both big and small in the form of hiking trails, high mountains, and views, caves, giant caves, Stångåns canoe trail and much more.
For the fishing enthusiast there are plenty of opportunities with everything from noble fishing to saturation in the many different fishery conservation areas.
For the flea market enthusiast, I can recommend the tailgate flea in Ydrefors, which usually creates chaos throughout the community.

The house is not for you who are looking for new and modern, but for you who are looking for something special, for you who are looking for an experience.
The house is old and largely lacks heating systems, so the indoor temperature is to some extent dependent on the outside temperature.
Dit vakantieverblijf kan gedurende een langere periode worden gehuurd
