Very private property with your own new boat w new Honda 15 hp engine included in rent. A paradise situated within an hour of most of the province of Skåne. Comfortable stay for 6 persons as according to the pictures. Plus a possibilty of 3 more guests sleeping at 2 extra mattrasses on the loft and 1 in the small bedroom. More details:
There are very few houses with their own lakeside property in the region. The shores of Lake Vombsjön have few houses and a lot of untouched nature. Our house is the last out of seven houses at a private road. There is only one direct neighbor on the west side of the property. This neighbor is rarely in his house. To the south is the lake. To the east meadows with horses a couple of hundred meters away. To the north a meadow and then 150 meters away the main road, which is not very busy amd not disturbing.

The houses have insect netting in doors and windows. Mosquitos are very rare. There is almost always a nice spot to be on the property. The house has good heating and air conditioning. Great to have really hot summer days.

There can be algae blooming in the lake. Especially at hot weather conditions. This may occur May-Sept. When algae is rich the lake turns green and swimming near the house may be impossible at times. But at those occations you can often swim at other place in the lake whilst the algae gathers in the winds direction. A common year algae may be blooming 3-5 times. From a couple of days up to a week (unusual).

The water level in the lake varies. Vombsjön (name of lake) is drinking water reservoir for south western province of Skåne and lake is therefor regulated. Which means that the level autumn can be more than two meters lower than spring. Some years only one meter. At the highest level the bath is deep already at the stairs from the garden. At low level there is a sandy beach.

- Arrival Saturday at 15-18. Departure Saturday before 11. Exceptions may be discussed. Especially in low session.
- No dogs.
- Included in the rent: Bed linen for 6 beds, boat with motor, toilet paper, detergent, spices etc (leave about as much as you take).
- Not included in the rent: Electricity (1 kr / kwh), firewood, gasoline, cleaning.
- Guests clean the houses to the condition they were on arrival. Cleaning equipment available.
- Cleaning service can be bought for 1000 SEK
- Guests are responsible for reading all information about the accommodation before booking.
