HOUSE:
- Living room. Large, airy room, 4m up to the ceilings, fire place, large patio doors heading the Baltic Sea and the sunny terrace.
- TV / reading room with large windows facing the sea.
- Kitchen with room for 8 people, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
- 4 bedrooms. 2 with double beds and wardrobes, two smaller bedrooms with single beds.
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, toilet, sink and laundry tub.
- Two terraces facing the sea in the southeast location + terrace at the pier.
- Garden 4000kvm with apple tree, trampoline and green areas. A small soccer field is next to the plot.

JETTY AND SAUNA.
- Peaceful jetty with a swim ladder.
- Sauna.
- Rowingboat with small engine can be provided.

FOREST AND LARGER BEACH
The house is located next to a beautiful nature reserve. Walk or jogg through the woods along the water and you will reach a large beach (1 km away), diving tower and cafe in the summer. In the beautiful nature reserve there is a lot of mushrooms and blue berries and funny growing trees.

HEATING
- Heat/cooler in the living room supplemented in winter with electric radiators and an efficient fireplace. Wooden floors with new insulation and 3-glass windows throughout the house. The house is easy to enjoy during all seasons.

COMMUNICATIONS
- The busses 2 km away, go to Järna Station or to Södertälje Station.
- 15 minutes to Södertälje and 35 minutes to Stockholm City by car.

Stockholm city 30 minutes.
Trosa 20 minutes
Ytterjärna and the antroposophies 7 minutes by car.
Saltåkvarn: Bread and biodynamic food 5 minutes by car.

Kanoverhuur – It's possible to rent kayaks in several places. In Trosa you can go for the archipelago. If you want to see beautiful lakes you rent att Kanotkungen and paddle in "Marvikarna"

Natuurbad – We have our own jetty with ladder and our own water just outside. There is also a public beach just 1km walk along the sea side.
Overdekt zwembad – Äventyrsbad 20 min bort
Paardrijden – You can rent houses at Mörkö (the large island opposite our house). Drive over the bridge and to to Engsholms Säteri. You will have to book first.
Speelplaats – 1 km walk through woods. We have our own trampoline.
Tennis – 10 away there is a free court. It's quite old, but it's ok to play on with friends and family. You can not book it, but most of the time it's free.
Vissen – For 3000 SEK you can rent a rowing boat with a small engine to go fishing or to visit islands nearby. 15 minutes away you find a castle "Engslholm Slott" where you can have a coffee, lunch or dinner. It's not open all days.
Voetbalveld – Liten fotbollsplan i området.
Wandelmogelijkheden – Naturreservat intill området.
