The 19th century house in classical Swedish country style was once inhabited by the local fisherman and is now lovingly renovated with retained atmosphere.
With two separate bedrooms, each with two beds, and an alcove with a single bed, up to five people can stay comfortable in the house.
The kitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge, freezer and dining area.
The living room offers couch, open fireplace and TV with DVD.
The bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink and a washing-machine.

The location, just between Strängnäs and Eskilstuna, is in the heartland of Sweden, with a rich cultural heritage, reaching from the runic stones of the Wikings to baroque palaces.
Mälaren, the third biggest lake of Sweden, offers countless bathing places, the closest just about five minutes walk from the house.
The area offers a rich wildlife with moose, fox, deer, badger, wild boars, crane, heron and sometimes even beaver. On the side of the cottage one finds the nature reserve Sörfjärden, attracting numerous birdlovers.
The forests in the area are rich of mushrooms and wild berries free to gather for everyone.
Just 2 km away, one finds the country club ,Strand’ ), situated directly at the lake, offering a 18 hole golf course, restaurant and rental of boats and canoes.
At the lake Mälaren recreational fishing is free and the waters are rich of pike, perch and zander.

For shopping and excursions, the cities Strängnäs and Eskilstuna are just 15 kilometers away. In Eskilstuna the Tuna Park offers zoo, adventure pool and events.
For day excursions, Stockholm is just an hour away with train or car.
