Beach-front villa on Ven in Oresund

Holgershus (Holger’s House) is a newly renovated spacious and charming summerhouse build in the 1930ies. This seaside house has an open view of Öresund looking towards Copenhagen in Denmark and 10 meters to the sandy beach. All six rooms, including the kitchen, have a stunning view of the sea. The garden lawn faces the sea and provides a furnished sitting area and grill for barbecuing, and a nice spot to enjoy the sunset. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor and the living room, dining room and kitchen, along with the bathroom (shower only), are located on the ground floor. The house was redecorated in 2015 and has been fitted with new IKEA furniture (including new beds) and the kitchen is equipped with utensils from IKEA.
Non-smokers only (no outdoor smoking) and no pets allowed.
